Conditions of Carriage (excerpt)
/ group bookings
Booking
All bookings must be in written form send to the organizer (TT
line or his agents). Booking / option is only binding for the
organizer if the applicant booking and price will be confirmed
in writing . With your booking you accept conditions of the
organizer at the simultaneously . Verbal agreements are not
binding. The applicant may accept all bookings until the
confirmed number of persons, the specified cabins and hotel
rooms quota without holding the organizer consultation . By
increasing the number of people or change of the cabin number or
kinf of cabin , a written confirmation by the organizer must be
. A first vote on the present state of bookings is required 8
weeks before the travel date . Target groups: strictly for
citizens of the following countries (passport no., must be
submitted on request) Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary,
Russia,Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia and Serbia.
Cabins: We recommend to book cabins on all night crossings on
Swinoujscie and Rostock route. Cabins are mandatory on all night
crossings on Travemünde route.
