Klaipėda - Travemünde
Klaipėda in Lithuania is considered to be the most important Baltic Sea port in the Baltic States due its ice-freeness nearly all year round. The Baltic region with its three newer EU states Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia has been developing from an insider tip to a popular holiday region in Northern Europe for some time now. The capital cities Vilnius (Lithuania) and Riga (Latvia) can be reached in just under two hours by car from Klaipėda.
The port of Travemünde is conveniently located for passengers arriving from the western part of Germany - and can be reached from Hamburg in just one hour via the German motorway A1. The district of Travemünde, which belongs to the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, is located on the Lübeck Bay and worth a visit!
Apart from the direct departure from Rostock via Trelleborg to Klaipėda TT-Line offers up to three additional departures per week from Travemünde or Rostock to Klaipėda. You need to change the ship within the port of Trelleborg, which will be easy and guided by a TT-Line follow-me-car. Starting from 30.08.2024 we will strengthen our Travemünde – Klaipeda service by offering direct departures on the weekend. These new sailings increase the frequency from 2 to 3 voyages per week and direction.
