Rebooking or cancelling your ticket

Did your plans change? It's easy to rebook or cancel your tickets.


How do I rebook my ticket?

Most of our ticket types are valid for the whole day, which means it isn't always necessary to rebook.

You can rebook tickets by contacting a customer service representative (a rebooking fee of 30 € will be charged).

How do I cancel my ticket?

Remember that all tickets have a 24-hour right of cancellation.

There are two ways to cancel your ticket, depending on whether you're cancelling a ticket that is unused or has been partially used.

Cancelling partially used and partially used tickets: If you want to cancel unused or a partially used return ticket, send an email to customer service and be sure to include your booking reference.
