1. Terms of payment and
cancellation
for individual bookings* made on basic price. |

These rules also apply to orders
**which were made to regular tariff by online booking
1.1 The bookings can be canceled
without the cancellation fee more than 15 days before the
departure.
1.2. For bookings that are cancelled 14-10 days before the
departure a fee of 25 % of the value of the reservation will be
charged.
1.3 For bookings that are cancelled
9-3 days before the departure a fee of 50 % of the value of the
reservation will be charged.
1.4. Cancellations made later than 48
hours before the departure shall be subject to a cancellation
fee of 100 %.
1.5. Terms of cancellation for a
period of high season (from 01.06 to 31.08 and popular dates,
which are published in www.stpeterline.com);
- The bookings can
be cancelled without the cancellation fee more than fee 29 days
before the departure:
- For bookings
that are cancelled 28-21 days before the departure a fee 10 % of
the value of the reservation will be charged:
- For bookings
that are cancelled 20-14 days before the departure a fee of 25 %
of value of the reservation will be charged:
- For bookings
that are cancelled 13-7 days before the departure a fee of 50%
of the value of reservation will be charged:
- Cancellations
made later than 6 days before the departure shall be subject to
a cancellation fee of 100 %.
1.6. Changing the date of departure
and / or route, the downgrading of the category of cabin with a
decrease in the value are regarded as booking cancellation.
1.7. In case the original booking
departure dates are changed and the booking is cancelled
afterwards the cancellation terms apply according to the
original departure dates.
* Individual passengers here and
below are individuals from 1 to 9 people. Booking of 10 or more
people in the orders are considered as group, they have a
special conditions for cancellation. Reservations and
cancellations of group bookings of 10 persons may be made by a
direct sales department or authorized agent.
** Hereinafter the "order" refers to
all types of services and products applicable to the payment for
the customer. |

2. Booking conditions and
cancellation policies
for the product «early booking». |
|
|
The bookings should be made no later than 21 days before the
departure.
Product «early booking» gives the discount of 15 % from cabin
price on Princess Maria and 10% from the cabin price on Princess
Anastasia.
- Cancellation which is made from the date of booking and 15
days before departure a penalty equal to 20 % of the cost will
be charged.
- When the booking is cancelled later than 14 days before
departure date a penalty of 100% of the reservation will be
charged.
Terms of cancellation for a period of high season (from 01.06 to
31.08 and popular dates which are published in
www.stpeterline.com)
1. For the reservations that are cancelled 29 days before the
departure a fee of 20 % of the value of the reservation will be
charged.
2. For the reservations that are cancelled 28-21 days before the
departure a fee of 30% of the value of the reservation will be
charged.
3. For the reservations that are cancelled 20-15 days before the
departure a fee of 45% of the value of the reservation will be
charged.
4. Cancellations made later than 14 days before the departure
shall be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 %. |

3. Booking conditions and cancellation policies
for Special offers. |

- For St. Peter Line offers, Last minute
offers are valid special payment and cancellation:
- For bookings that are cancelled from the date of booking a
fee of 100% of the value of the cancelled cabins is charged.
- Customer service of online booking is available only for
individual bookings. |

ST.PETER LINE reserves all rights for
price and timetable alterations at anytime.
ST.PETER LINE is not liable, if the
times of departure and arrival deviate due to unfortunate
weather conditions or any other reason beyond ST.PETER LINE'S
control. If the voyage is cancelled due to weather conditions or
any other reason beyond ST.PETER LINE'S control, client's
additional expenses will not be compensated. The passengers also
will not be reimbursed for any damage caused by reasons beyond
ST.PETER LINE'S control, including damage caused by any problems
with the customs or crossing the border. |
